preference to puff pastry.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #1e5aff;\"><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>200g Plain Flour<br \/>75g Butter, Margarine or Benecol<br \/>1\/2 Teaspoon Salt<br \/>3 Teaspoons of Distilled Clear Malt Vinegar<br \/>3 \u2013 4 Tablespoons of Water<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #1e5aff;\"><strong>SUGGESTED PANS AND DISHES<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>1 Medium Sized Mixing Bowl<br \/>1 Small Plate<br \/>30cm Cling Film<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #1e5aff;\"><strong>PREPARATION<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Mix flour and salt in bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Add cold butter, margarine or benecol to bowl in small quantities and rub by hand to create a uniform crumbly mass.<\/p>\n<p>Add water and vinegar.<\/p>\n<p>Mix briskly to create a soft dough, if necessary, adding a little more flour ( Do not knead ).<\/p>\n<p>Flatten mixture and place on small plate.<\/p>\n<p>Cover with cling film and place in refrigerator for a minimum of 30
